Psaltery
Psaltery is most famous russian ancient strings instrument.
In special literature the psaltery has title "russian harp".
On the sound and methods of playing this instryment like ancient greek
harp. But it's not the same. There are manu Nort-West nationality has
such instruments.
Consist of (materials): Maple, fir, oak, metall (for strings and
pins).
Hoot (Gudok)
Hoot - it's russian ancient fiddlestick instrument. the most ancient
of such instruments. The illustration of musicants playing on the hoot
you can find at Sofiysky cathedral fresk in Kiew (X-XI century A. D.).
